Coastal Wave Panel - Square - 40x40cm (16"x16") with fixings

This glass panel is a gorgeous large statement to hang on the wall in your home or to offer as a present. This glass panel illustrates a crashing wave on the coast using low relief, colours and various processes to accentuate the movement of the wave. The front of the frame is highly textured and sanded in places. The glass is slightly translucent, the colours are different shades of blues and turquoises in the sea and seagull in the sky.

Also available with the sun on the horizon and/or the coast.

After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs and makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are handcarved, he applies the colours manually and the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C and annealed to ensure strength and durability.

CONTAINS: 1 square coastal wave panel (40cmx40cm-16x16") with a set of 3 fixings and fitting instructions.

FIXINGS: includes a set of 3 fixings and instructions, the wall panel will be 18mm(3/4") away from the wall, each fixing is a 2 part fixing provided with 2 allen keys, one part to screw into the wall and the second part is to be tighten with an allen key (provided) for the panel to slide in and to be tighten again.
