Postage & Packaging
Our work is wrapped well, we use made to measure double wall boxes to ensure extra protection, we have been selling our work online since 2012 all over the world, from coasters to large and heavy commissions with no breakage.
Most of our orders are shipped the day following the order.
For deliveries in the UK:
- The default transit time is 2 days with RoyalMail48Hrs Tracked
- You can select RoyalMail24Hrs Tracked at Checkout
- Free on all orders
For deliveries to Europe:
- The transit time is 3 to 5 days with RoyalMailTracked
- Here are the price as a guide:
*10cm dishes, soap dishes, 12 & 15cm suncatchers, 20cm bowls - £10
*25cm frames, 22 to 29cm wall panels - £12
*29cm bowls and anything else under 50cm long - £16
*anything larger than 50cm - £30
- Since England is out of the EU, please note that the price you see and will pay on our website does not include your local taxes. If applicable, you will be required to pay for local taxes by your local authorities and via the shipping company before your order is delivered.
For deliveries to North America:
- The transit time is 5 to 7 days with RoyalMailTracked
- Here are the price as a guide:
*10cm dishes - £12
*soap dishes, 12cm suncatchers - £14
*15cm suncatchers, 20cm bowls, coasters - £17
*25cm frames, 22 to 29cm wall panels - £20
*29cm bowls and anything else under 50cm long - £35 to £45
*anything larger than 50cm - £65 and above
- Please note that the price you see and will pay on our website does not include your local taxes. If applicable, you will be required to pay for local taxes by your local authorities and via the shipping company before your order is delivered.
For UK: Once you receive the order, you can change your mind and send it back at your own cost within 2 weeks, if the item is in good condition, we will issue a refund after deducting the postage cost (£3 to £7 depending on the items).

Refund and return Policy
If the item was damaged in shipping, please take a picture and send it to us contact@glassrelief.co.uk so we can resolve the issue, either exchange, refund or repair, please keep the shipping box, we will send you a shipping label if collection is needed.
You can change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of receipt of the orders, please keep the shipping box, the cost of return will be yours, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item after deducting the postage cost (£3 to £7 depending on the items), no question asked.
