Triptych Paradise Frames, each frame is 45x45cm(17x17"), 3 Paradise Large Square Sea Beach Fused Glass, Total width 135x45cm(53x17")+gaps

This vibrant triptych (3 frames) and soothing landscape frame illustrates a close-up of a beach scene with the turquoise/blue seabed and foam of the water coming onto the sandy beach using low relief, colours and various processes to accentuate the motion of the sea. Some parts of the panel are slightly translucent, the sea is fading from blue to turquoise. The texture is applied to the back of the glass panel creating shadows to the front, you can really see the ripple effect of sea on the top half of the glass art.

OVERALL DIMENSIONS: 135cm wide and 45cm high + gaps in between the frames so up to 150cm wide inlcuding gaps

The front of the panel is smooth and glued to the glass of the frame.

After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs and makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are handcarved, he applies the colours manually and the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C and annealed to ensure strength and durability.

CONTAINS: 3 paradise frames altogether as follows: 3 frames at 45x45cm - 17x17" | Glass Art 34x34cm - 13x13" , the glass artwork is glued to the front of the glass of the frame. The frame is a box frame and ready to hang on the wall with a cable going across.
